Sheepskins, Your Collectible Apparel is Here

Sheepskins has a rare way in promoting its collection — Instead of letting us choose what T-shirts to buy, it randomly picks the ones for us. The product itself, called Skin© or IDT, composed of one random color basic T-shirt (by American Apparel) and another random printed-design, chosen from 60 designs (of each series).

Is it similar to T-shirt subscription where you blindly buy (experimental) T-shirts? Not exactly. Sheepskins gallery ( called Incubation) will give ideas how current designs look like on certain colors — so you won’t be in complete surprise.

Now meet the sheep.

The flash website itself pretty interesting, although it’s not easy to understood — heck, I even need my third visits before fully understand the whole concept. By all means, there are five sheep that represent each web page: There are left Skins (the info page) and Incubation (gallery page) on the left side. While in the middle is Shearings, a users/customers forum page — where sheepskins fans chat, comment just to share or even trade off their IDT collections (oh yeah, is it why it calls itself: “the origin of collectible apparel”?). Last two on the right are Acquisition and Bleating – purchase and contact form page [visit]
