A flash updates from our enthusiast T-shirt blogger, Karl Long of Tcritic. He quietly launches a child website of Tcritic called Tdigger which likely works not different with popular news website digg (using software called pligg). I know Tdigger after noticed Tshirt island gets incoming link from submission made by Karl himself – thanks by the way.
So, how does it work?
Simple, each registered member can submit their favorite T-shirt, online store, tee news, etc. when others like it they can vote (digg) a particular submission. And indeed, the most voted would up on "popular" page. Will it be successful? I can’t tell, community-based website is difficult to predict and it depends on how strength the community is. But for you to know, this kind vote-my-tee isn't a new thing; T-shirtcountdown has been doing that -- and Survivortee as well [visit]
[update: 4/19] finally, an official words from Karl himself -- also mentioned: some cool features profit sharing via google Adsense, automatic submission via rss, etc. you can read more on Tcritic
