Linty Fresh "Cribs" from Eric Terry on Vimeo.
Eric Terry, the man behind the emerging brand Linty Fresh, has posted a great video tour of how he's set up his company headquarters. You'll see all the behind-the-scenes goodies, from how he's set up his warehousing to the whiteboard that tee ideas emerge from.
Linty Fresh's appeal lies partly in the candidness of Terry, who also maintains a blog about the company's day-to-day operations. It's a nice treat for fans of the brand to be able to see the tees being sold at craft fairs across the country and be the first to know about new product announcements.
But most of the charm of Linty Fresh is in the shirts themselves. Terry's clean, cartooned style stands out in a crowd with its bright colors and cheery outlook. I'm a huge fan of The Most Fantastic Things, which shows a woman's sleeping head becoming a haven for cartoon rabbits and swirly plants. Another favorite is Red Dotted Line, the front of which thrives on the simplicity of a huge, open pair of scissors while the back is a tight mix of stylized icons.
It's clear that this is a brand with big things in its future- the range of products available (expanding from tees into the world of buttons, belts and even stuffed toys) and the dedication and imagination of Terry indicate that great things are ahead.
