5 Promising Indie T-shirt Brands of the Month: Cottonmouth, Kneedeepinsleep, randr, Milk & Eggs Co., $irlin Enterprises


Cottonmouth was started just in December last year. It is a small sexy T-shirt label based in the Netherlands with limited summer-collection, designed especially for girls. Cottonmouth is sweatshop free — all t-shirts are fabricated in the USA while designing, labeling and silkscreen printing are executed in the Netherlands.

They ship products in environmentally friendly and recycled packaging. When you buy a Cottonmouth product you promote ethical working conditions and help create a better environment. Its first collection ‘MADemoiselle‘ is inspired by Andy Warhol. Portraits of women and girls of different decades on girly shirts.

Kneedeepinsleep is a new small brand based in UK started by artist and photograper Ben Thomas. It produces limited edition, boxed and numbered art print tshirts — and some art prints to accompany the clothing collection.
Ben Thomas has a big focus on surreal mix-and-match art and he’s trying to do something a bit different by giving the shirts a collectable feel. My five-out-of-five stars rating goes to two tees from Kneedeepinsleep: Love Life Death and Man vs Beast.

It designs, prints and package all of its products in the always sunny Burbank, California — all materials being manufactured in the United States.


$irlin Enterprises started as a team of diverse creative talents delivering a complete suite of creative services design, marketing, and communication media.
