Do you still remember what year-end resolution you made last year? Among other thing, I’m sure you have that “get healthier by doing and by not doing dot… dot… dot…” on your list. We are not at the 8th month of this year; have you re-visited your list, are you still on track? I see that muscles on your hands and chest, that’s awesome. But what is that smell coming out from your mouth?

Now you tell me that in very small amounts, your alcoholic drinks can help you feel more relaxed or less anxious — and thus avoid stress. I agree.

But you have to be aware that the more alcohol you drink, the greater changes in your brain resulting in intoxication. I got a friend who overused alcohol and now become stagger, lose his coordination and slur his speech. So funny to see him on this state… hey, but he is my friend and it’s (not) funny! If that sounds uncool for you, you better keep your mouth clean from alcohols. And so those ugly drugs.
