Al Rockoff, a widely known American photojournalist who made famous by his coverage of the Vietnam War and of the Khmer Rouge takeover of Phnom Penh ( Cambodia’s capital), collaborated with Shepard and created the duality of humanity series based on Rockoff’s coverage of the Khmer Rouge takeover of the Vietnam War and Phnom Pena.

These tees are your windows to witness the crimes against humanity — as Shepard expresses the dramatic juxtaposition of war and peace that is accomplished by Rockoff’s photojournalism.

Each illustration has been slightly altered, with the photographer’s consent, to create a more powerful symbol for peace. These shots have been archived since the Vietnam War.
