According to Gimetzco!, Fall Guy Gus attempted the deadly jump off of Komodo Canyon on July 5th, 1980. This major event still has historical significance to this day, as it remains one of the most epic daredevil stunts of all time! For those of us who weren’t lucky enough to catch the event twenty years back, we now have the chance to pick up a little piece of fictional history.

The colorway of this piece actually reminds me of the delicious citrusy drink known as Mountain Dew. I can definitely pair this high energy soda with Fall Guy Gus. I’m sure he drank a bunch of it to get a major sugar rush before attempting his wild bike stunts. This t-shirt is just so full of intense energy and perfect if you need that extra boost in the morning or want to add a big kick  to your otherwise ordinary day. The design has a wonderful comic book feel to it too, which translates to another major plus in my book.

Although Fall Guy Gus is now retired, he’ll forever be in our hearts as one of the best motorbike stunt riders on this planet. Now that he’s no longer doing crazy stunts for a living, some say that he’s spending his days in a little cottage in the woods, enjoying some long awaited relaxation. I have a feeling he’s picked up a new hobby and just stayed low-key about it. Once an adrenaline junkie, always an adrenaline junkie!
