Remember about the faux leather we gave you at this post? Here’s another post about leather, Vegan leather to be exact. Basically, faux leather and vegan leather is pretty much the same, because both are an alternatively to real leather. Vegan leathers include such as Vegetan, which is a microfibre material that is specifically designed and used as an animal-friendly leather substitute, or includes Birko-Flor, which is made out of acrylic and polyamide felt fibres.
Some faux leather can be made from recycled rubber or tires, but this Lazer cut vegan leather top is made from 100% PU (Polyurethane Fabric or PUL Fabric, which is a waterproof fabric, typically polyester or may be cotton) and 100% Polyester.
Well, it may contain everything, and I’ve seen it in some eco friendly clothing. You know, using recycled rubber could be better than buying real leather.
