For some most iconic science fiction, fantasy and action characters, the author always design an unique helmet (some superheroes call it “head gear”) that represents the characters.
It keeps the younger crowd using their imagination to be the one inside them, whether it is antagonist Witch-king of Angmar, chief of the Nazgûl and chief servants of the Dark Lord Sauron in The Lord of The Ring or superheroes like The Rockeeter or Iron Man. And for adult crowd, these helmet have carved out a niche for themselves, helps to revive certain fond childhood memories for them. Can you name the owner of all helmet represented on this tee shirt?

While the illustrations are simple, you know right away which superheroes they refer to. I love how the design does not need plus signs for it to be successful in conveying that the red guys on the left turn into the heroes on the right when introduced to the middle variables. Now that I think about it, the design may actually work better with just Spiderman and Iron Man, since both characters start out the exact same. It’s a very clever and effective design!
