Gilruth — the NASA’s Manned Spacecraft Center Director — disfigured with an egg. Designed by Rémy Poncet, Arnaud Jarsaillon, and François Gaillard, the egg has Trompe-l’œil style, which create the optical illusion that the depicted objects exist in three dimensions.
Mystical Iconography of Hellbound
Fred Quemener created Hellbound, a complex artwork of disfigured face vectorized by interlocking cuts graphics. The graphic shows interplay between mystical iconography of the stained glass and layered textures and hybrid silhouettes. It also confronts several paradigms for questioning outside the imaginary spectrum. Confused? Don’t be (because I am!).
